FITNESS OR PORN? WHO CARES!

YEP, SHE'S HALF NAKED…AND AMAZING.
"YOU'RE TOO SKINNY"
" YOU'RE TOO FAT"
"YOU NEED A BIGGER BUM"
"YOU NEED A TIGHTER TUMMY"
"YOUR BOOBS ARE TOO SMALL"
"YOU JUST NEED TO LOSE 5 MORE POUNDS"
"20 MORE POUNDS OFF AND YOU'LL ALMOST BE PERFECT"
"YOU'RE GETTING WRINKLES"
"YOUR BOOBS ARE STARTING TO SAG"

JUST A FEW PHRASES WOMEN HEAR OR ARE GOING TO HEAR THROUGHOUT THEIR LIVES. SO IF THEY DECIDE TO LOOK SEXY WHEN THEY TRAIN OR POST SEXY PICTURES, EVERYONE SHOULD JUST ENJOY IT;) HA!

LIFT EACH OTHER UP RATHER THAN PUTTING EACH OTHER DOWN. THICK IS SEXY, SKINNY IS SEXY AND STRONG IS SEXY TOO.

IF THE WORD SEXY IS TOO "OFFENSIVE", REPLACE IT WITH BEAUTIFUL INSTEAD;)

CHEERS TO GETTING OFF THE COUCH AND BREAKING A SWEAT, WHETHER IT BE ON THE STAIRMASTER OR UNDER A BARBELL( HALF NAKED, OR NOT) :P

SO CUTE AND HAPPY
WHO'S COMPLAINING? (I THINK THAT'S STACIE TOVAR'S BUM )

  1. I see nothing wrong with these photos in your post. These women obviously work hard to maintain a fit, healthy body, they should wear whatever gym clothes they want to the gym. What I don't understand about certain "fitness professionals" and people that have tons of fans on social media are the many photos of themselves in underwear. No, I don't need to see you in a lacy bra or pulling your tank top off and your thong underwear down. Put your boobs away. Save those pictures for your significant other, print big posters of those photos and hang them in your bedroom, your master bathroom. Yes, you should be proud of what you have accomplished. But showing it to us all day probably isn't going to help motivate the deconditioned individual scrolling through your Instagram feed. It may only paralyze them into being too scared to go to the gym. "How can I ever look like that?! Are there going to be women that look like this at the gym, I'll be too embarrassed to workout in front of them!"
Let's all put our clothes back on, post some motivating fitness related photos, and maybe even some useful information that will help others to become as fit as you. Isn't the point of being a fitness professional to help others? To build people up? Teach them how to become their best, healthiest self so they can live long and improve their quality of life?
