SQUAT GIRL

JANUARY 9 WOD

A. Back Squat 6-6-6

- 80k x 6:) Going to try for 85k x 6 next time
B. Max HSPU 1 Attempt

- 7 rx...fell off the wall...Must learn to keep balance!

C. 7 Rounds For Reps
     30 Sec Snatch 60/45
     30 Sec Rest
     30 Sec T2B
     30 Sec Rest

- 114 with 35k snatch total. I'm tying my t2b better but need to work up to a heavier snatch!
