A. Deadlift 1-1-1
- Pr'd my deadlift from 275lbs on September 15 to 286lbs! I am so excited and can't wait to achieve my goal of 300lbs! I am hoping to do this in the next few months and I know I can as long as I continue training hard and work on getting STTTTTRRRRROOOOONNNGGG! haha:)

- I did 13 rounds and 5 T2B. Tough but fun wod! I did most of my push ups and squats unbroken but my T2B need a lot more work!
