- I worked on swinging on the rings and transitioning to a muscle up. Very tough but I will do a muscle up soon! I need to keep practicing everyday.

- 15:55. I had to mod the sit ups for 10 T2B because my tailbone is still sore from smashing the bar on it during a snatch. Great wod but need to focus on tying my t2b together!
