A. Clean + 5 Strict Press
- 30kx3x5. I tried 35k but I could only get 3! So I was told to do quality reps and more sets with a lighter weight.I always get discouraged when I can't lift the weight but I have to stay focused and not jump ahead of myself! If I can't strict press 35k for 5 today, then maybe I will in a few weeks:) Practice!!
B. For Time:
Deadlift 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
11 Push-Ups between each set (end on push-ups)

- 7:36min with 70k deadlift. I am very happy with my time and deadlifts are the best. Next time, I will focus on quality reps and although my time will be longer, my technique will get better.
