Sweaty Wod

OCTOBER 9 WOD


A. Three Rounds For Time     
 
     5 Burpees
     10 Squat Clean 65/45kg     
     20 Box Jump 24/20  


- 12:04 rx. This was a tough wod but I am really happy that I sued 45k instead of going down to 40k. It was exhausting but I did it! Burpees were a breeze and box jumps dragged on so my main focus was picking up the bar right after dropping it, instead of "breaking" and taking my time.
