- I worked on my T2B, pistols and strict hspu's with an ab mat.

     75 pound Power Snatch 
     75 reps for time. 15 MIN CAP


- 11:25 rx. So exhausting but not as hard as I thought! I really expected to drop the weight down to 30k because I couldn't imagine doing 75 snatches in a row. It really becomes a mind game with yourself and no matter how tired you are, you just have to finish it. I barely took any breaks with this wod but my downfall was that I dropped it after each rep, which wasted seconds. I'm glad I finished it under 15 minutes and didn't hurt myself...lol
