Snatch All Day, Wod All Night

OCTOBER 10 WOD

A. Hang Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch

- Practiced technique with 35k.

     15 KBS 1.5/1p
     6 TGU 1.5/1p


- 12:50 rx. I did the kBS unbroken and as fast as I can which means I need to focus on my TGU's and do them quick without hurting myself..lol Arms were so sore after the wod!!
