OCTOBER 11 WOD

Crossfit Family..cute!

    A. Back Squat 1-1-1

- 90k….Happy with this one because I went really deep and it finally felt easy! I tried 95k and failed but I am confident I will get it next time!

Strong Crossfit Girl

B. For 10 Min Perform The Following
    1 Burpee
    1 T2B
    2 Burpee
    2 T2B
    3 Burpee
    3 T2B
    ...
  11 and 4 T2B! I tried tying to T2B together but it’s so hard to concentrate on getting them right when I’m focused on trying to go as fast as I can. Fun wod!
