 This was brutal and exhausting! I didn't time myself but it took me about 30min including breaks in between sets. I'm happy that I didn't drop the bar during my reps and that I manned up and did it. lol I'm nervous because I know that next time I do this, the weight is going to be heavier and the movements will be tougher! **sigh**
