Crossfit Chick
A. Hang Power Snatch +
     Hang Full Snatch +
     OHS


- I practiced technique with 35k today. I am the worst at snatching which means I should focus on it more...GrrrrRr!!!! So frustrating. I've got great coaches...I just need to work on my listening skills.:)
B. For Max Reps:
    2 Min Max Ring Dips
    Tabata 
    KBS   
    Pistol squat 
    Alternating 16 intervals total
    2 Min Max Push-Ups

Kettlebell/Crossfit

- Ring dips: 15 with a black band
  Tabata: 10-6
  Push Ups: 34

-Tiring wod but great workout! My goal is to do ring dips without a band by the end of October and to hit 55 pushups in 2 minutes.
