1st 500m Row - 2:03min ..So close to beating my PR on May 23 (2:02min)

3x10 Backsquat 40k - felt easy but didn't want to get too tired for the 50k.
10x5 Backsquat 50k - after the 8th round it felt heavier..I should've used 60k. That would have been more of a challenge.
100 situps in a row as fast as I can- 3:14min
