Snatch Time

JULY 11 WOD 


Bikinis and Crossfit..:)

A. Strict Press 3-3-3

-5 sets of 3 with 30K...Surprisingly harder than I thought! I'm used to push press and it's hard not using my knees for this one lol

B. 21-15-9
     DB Snatch R
     Push-up
     DB Snatch L
     Push-up

- 10:09 min used a 35lb dumbbell..tough wod but not as draining as I though it would be.

C. 30 Pull-Ups or 1 max set if more than 30

-It took me 5 sets to do this one! I'm going to try and aim for 3 sets next time. I have to keep kipping and practising pull-ups more often.
