A. Power Snatch
- 5x5 with 30k. I want to get a lot better at snatching but I need to work on my form a lot. I need to keep the bar close, jump more and use less back. GrrrrrRrr!!!! Too many things to remember...lol
B. Min 1 - 10 C2B
Min 2 - 20 Burpees
Min 3 - 30 KBS
Min 4 - 40 Squats
Min 5 - 50 Sit Ups
Run 600m
Min 2 - 20 Burpees

Min 4 - 40 Squats
Min 5 - 50 Sit Ups
Run 600m
Penalty for every missed rep within the minute
-4:12rx. I missed 2 burpees, 10 KBS and 10 sit-ups. Very annoyed. I had to do 22 ball slams as the 'penalty' and ended up doing 26 now that I look back. Oh well. It was a great workout =)
