-Practiced a lot with 30k. I need to keep working on my snatch because my form is terrible. I know what I'm supposed to do but I never have enough patience to let the bar go over my knee before I jump up! Practice, practice, practice.

- I finished in 13:09 RX! I always love rx'ing in a WOD especially since it doesn't happen as often as it should. This wod was a lot of fun since I love pull-ups and kettle bell swings. I must get better at kipping in order to shorten my time a lot more.
