VIDEO Crossfit Girl Squat 176lbsx5

JULY 30 WOD 



A. Back Squat 5-5-5

- 80k x 5! I tried 85 for 5 but failed on the first rep because I dropped way too low on the ground. 80k felt good :)





B. 4 rounds for time: 
     10 Burpee Box Jumps
     20 alternating Pistols
     30 
alternating KBS 1.5/1p

-The time cap for this Wod was 17 minutes. I did 3 rounds and 18 pistols rx. I am angry that I didn't finish the wod in the time cap but it just showed me how much I need to work on pistols! That shit slowed me down a lot! I'm happy with the burpee box jumps and KBS since I didn't waste too much time with those ones.
