NEW Cindy PR!

JULY 16 WOD

'Cindy'
20min AMRAP 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 squats
-17 rounds + 3 pull ups COMPARED TO  May 29 16 rounds and 5 push ups!!! That's almost a full round more than last time in a month and a half. This wod was exhausting and I sometimes think that I can never do better than the time before. I have never finished Cindy and thought to myself, 'Oh I wish I had more time, I could do another round!'. I am always so exhausted in the end. It's one of my favourite workouts and I am so glad that I don't have to use a band for my wods anymore:)
