Dumbbell Dooms Day

JULY 4 WOD 


12 minute AMRAP
     7 DB Deadlift
     5 DB Squat Clean
     3 DB Push Press 
---- 8 rounds 3 DB deadlifts (25lb)

Great wod!! I tried it with 30lb dumbbells at first but it was so hard. I could barely finish one round with it:( I must not be discouraged and just keep working on getting stronger.
